If you aren't able to see your content or it is stuck on syncing, it's possible the content was lost when you changed devices or uninstalled Collect: What happens to my boards when I uninstall the app? Syncing issuesĪre your boards present, but missing some items? Have you recently changed devices, or uninstalled Collect? It's possible that the board hadn't finished syncing to your account. If you've logged in and can't see your normal content, please try logging in with your other email addresses. Many people also have more than one Collect account.
